Villa Palma and Villa Mareas sit side by side on a rare swimmable beach in Cabo Bello, a private gated community on the Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Booked together they form a single beachfront estate of roughly 14,234 sq ft — ten en-suite bedrooms, 15.5 bathrooms and room for up to 24 guests, with each house keeping its own living areas, pool and terraces.

The arrangement suits groups who want to be together without sharing a roof: multi-generational families, corporate retreats, milestone celebrations and wedding parties. Sea of Cortez views run through nearly every room of both houses, and the sand is directly accessible from the property.

The two houses have distinct personalities. Villa Palma is the warmer of the pair — contemporary coastal design built around a serene courtyard, with ocean-view suites arranged for quiet. Villa Mareas is the sharper, more resort-like house: dramatic architecture, floor-to-ceiling glass, an infinity-edge pool, and a private spa with steam room, cold plunge and Jacuzzi alongside fitness and entertainment space. Daily housekeeping and 24/7 concierge service are included across both.

Across both houses the estate holds expansive living and dining areas, two fully equipped gourmet kitchens, and ten en-suite bedrooms. Villa Palma is built around a serene courtyard, in a warm contemporary coastal palette of natural stone, organic finishes and soft desert tones. Its living areas open to ocean views, and a second-level common area adds a TV lounge with a queen pull-out sofa. Villa Mareas is the more dramatic of the two — floor-to-ceiling glass, a two-storey water wall, and a resort-style layout with a private spa (steam room, cold plunge and Jacuzzi), a gym and fitness room, and a cinema and entertainment space. Air conditioning, wireless internet and televisions run throughout both houses, with daily housekeeping and 24/7 concierge support included.

Outdoor Living

The estate fronts a rare swimmable stretch of beach in Cabo Bello, with direct access to the sand and gentle swimming conditions — uncommon along this coastline, where most Corridor beaches are not safe for swimming. Each house keeps its own pool and terraces. Villa Mareas centres on an infinity-edge ledge pool with an outdoor kitchen and bar; Villa Palma has its own pool and courtyard, with ocean-view balconies off both primary suites. There is a heated pool and a hot tub across the estate, and expansive terraces on both properties for alfresco dining, sunset cocktails and larger gatherings. Cabo Bello is a private gated community, so the grounds stay quiet and secure. Golf, beaches, dining and shopping are all close by on the Corridor, with downtown Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo each a short drive in either direction.

Bedrooms

Ten en-suite bedrooms across two neighbouring houses sleep up to 24, with two further common-area sleeping options. Villa Palma holds five: two ground-level primary suites with king beds, walk-in closets, sitting areas and direct access to ocean-view balconies; a private ground-floor casita with a king bed, its own kitchen and private entrance; and two guest-level suites with two full beds each. A second-level common area adds a TV lounge with a queen pull-out sofa. Villa Mareas holds five: a pool-level primary suite with a king bed, ocean view and terrace; a casita suite with a king bed, ocean view and terrace; a third king suite with terrace; a pool-level suite with two king beds and two twin bunks over them; and a fifth king suite with terrace, kitchen and a bathroom with both tub and shower.
