Why this villa works

Villa Buena Vista is a six-bedroom villa high in gated Pedregal, looking down over Cabo San Lucas, the marina and the Sea of Cortez. Arched windows and terracotta tones give it a traditional Mexican character, and every one of the six bedrooms has its own private bathroom — unusual at this size and the reason it works well for groups of couples. The terrace is the centre of the house: a tiled pool and a large jacuzzi set against the view, with the town lights below after dark.

Indoor Living

Marble floors run through the interior, with granite and marble surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living areas are bright and open, arranged to keep the view in sight from most of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a water filtration system, and there is indoor dining alongside the terrace. The villa is set over multiple levels, connected by stairs.

Outdoor Living

The terrace holds a tiled swimming pool, heated on request, and an expansive jacuzzi positioned for the view across the bay and marina. There are lounge chairs, a BBQ and grill, and an outdoor dining area. Tennis is available within the community.

Bedrooms

Six bedrooms sleep up to 14, and every room has its own private bathroom. The primary suite has a king, an ocean view, a private balcony and a 42-inch television. The second has two queens. The third has a king. The fourth has two twin beds that can be made up as a king. The fifth is a 400 square foot room with a king. The sixth is a smaller room of 180 square feet with a queen.

Can you walk to town from the villa?
Yes, downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are within walking distance. The villa sits high on the Pedregal hillside, so the walk back is uphill and most guests keep a car or use taxis, particularly in the warmer months.
What is included?
Housekeeping is included, and the villa has 24/7 concierge. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, wireless internet, a safe and a garage are all provided, along with a pack and play travel crib. A private chef and grocery pre-stocking can be arranged on request; please enquire.
Is the villa suitable for guests with limited mobility?
