Why this villa works

Casa Marisol is a five-bedroom villa of 4,652 square feet on the Pacific side of gated Pedregal. Its defining feature indoors is the brick vaulting overhead, which gives the main rooms a weight and character that painted ceilings do not. The plan is open, running living, dining and kitchen together, and outside an infinity-edge pool reaches towards the Pacific with a jacuzzi alongside. All five bedrooms have their own bathroom, four of them with king beds — which makes this a straightforward house for five couples.

Indoor Living

An open floor plan connects the living, dining and kitchen areas beneath brick vaulted ceilings. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped, and there is a second private living room in addition to the main one, along with indoor dining.

Outdoor Living

An infinity-edge swimming pool, heated on request, sits above the landscape with an adjoining jacuzzi. There are poolside loungers, an uncovered sun deck, and a barbecue and grill. Tennis is available within the Pedregal community.

Bedrooms

Five bedrooms sleeping ten, every one with a private bathroom. Four suites have king beds, including the primary, which also has a television. The fifth suite has two full beds and its own bathroom. There is a half bathroom in addition, making 5.5 in total.

How are the bedrooms arranged at Casa Marisol?
Five bedrooms sleep ten and every bedroom has its own private bathroom. Four of the five have king beds, including the primary. The fifth has two full beds. That configuration suits four or five couples, or a group who each want their own bathroom.
How far is the beach and the town?
Pedregal Beach is about a twelve-minute walk from the villa, and downtown Cabo San Lucas is walkable, though the return is uphill. Most guests keep a car or use taxis. Casa Marisol is on the Pacific side of the community, so do ask us about swimming conditions before planning a beach day — the Pacific behaves differently from the bay.
What is included?
Housekeeping is included, along with 24/7 concierge. Air conditioning and ceiling fans, washer and dryer, garage, wireless internet and a safe are all provided, and guests have access to the Pedregal clubhouse and fitness centre. A private chef and grocery pre-stocking can be arranged on request.
Is the villa suitable for guests with limited mobility?
The villa is set over multiple levels on a hillside site. It is not a good choice for guests who have difficulty with stairs, so please tell us in advance if that applies to anyone in your party.
