Villa Lorena

Villa Lorena is a four-bedroom villa on the Pacific side of gated Pedregal, and the thing that distinguishes it is that every bedroom has an ocean view and its own balcony — not something many houses of this size manage. The architecture is traditionally Mexican: a tile roof, columns, stonework outside, and inside brick-domed ceilings, terracotta floors and ceramic tiled counters. The pool terrace and jacuzzi look out over the Pacific, with the desert mountainsides behind. One suite sits in a separate casita with its own kitchenette, which works well for a family within a larger group.
