Why this villa works

Villa de Lam is a six-bedroom villa on the Pacific side of Pedregal, the gated community built into the granite hillside above Cabo San Lucas. Across roughly 4,067 sq ft, an open living area extends onto wide terraces with views over the Pacific and the hillside homes around it. Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are a short drive away. Daily housekeeping is included and a car is recommended.

How many guests does Villa de Lam sleep?
Up to 14 in beds across five king suites and one suite with two queens, or 16 using the three twin sofa beds. Four bedrooms have private bathrooms; the Second and Third Suites share one.
Can you walk to the beach, and is it swimmable?
The villa is on the Pacific side of Pedregal, near the ocean. That stretch is good for sunbathing and beachcombing, but big Pacific waves make it unsafe for swimming. For swimming, Médano Beach on the bay side is a short drive away.
Is Villa de Lam suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs?
It is a multi-level home built into the Pedregal hillside, so there are stairs between levels. Tell us if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
Is housekeeping included?
Yes, daily housekeeping is included. A private chef is not part of the rental but can be arranged at extra cost.
