About This Villa

Why this villa works

Villa Perla is a five-bedroom villa on the Pacific side of Pedregal, the gated community above Cabo San Lucas, built for sunsets over the ocean. Across roughly 5,500 sq ft, every bedroom has its own bathroom and an ocean-view balcony, and the terrace looks out to passing cruise ships, fishing boats and, in season, migrating whales. Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are a short drive away. Daily housekeeping is included and a car is recommended.

How many guests does Villa Perla sleep?
Up to 12 in beds: three kings, one queen and a room with two queens. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and an ocean-view balcony. Three suites also have a sofa bed.
Is Villa Perla suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs?
No. The villa is on multiple levels with several flights of stairs, and is not recommended for guests with physical restrictions.
Is there any construction nearby?
A new home is being built nearby, with work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Disruption is currently minimal and completion is estimated for December 2026. Ask us for an update for your dates.
Can you swim at the beach?
The Pacific beach below Pedregal has big waves and is not safe for swimming. Médano Beach on the bay side, a short drive away, is the place to swim.
