Indoors, the villa features a spacious open-concept great room, full gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, sophisticated dining area and sumptuous bedroom suites, each with its own spa-style bath and 55" TV. High-end finishes, climate control and thoughtful lighting throughout the home deliver a refined, contemporary ambiance.
Outdoor Living
Outside, a spectacular ocean-view swimming pool anchors the terrace, complemented by two Jacuzzis, ample sun loungers, shaded lounge areas and a patio dining space. A fire pit with deep seating invites sunset cocktails and stargazing with the sound of the waves in the background.
Bedrooms
West Enclave 7 offers five well-appointed suites plus a common room: two king primary suites with ocean views, terraces, steam showers, soaking tubs and 55" TVs; two guest suites each with two queen beds, private bath with shower and 55" TV; a fifth bedroom with two bunks plus a twin bed and private bath with shower and 55" TV; and a common room with king sofa bed for extra flexibility. These layouts make the villa ideal for families and groups of up to 14 guests.
