How Concierge Support Works
Concierge planning starts with the villa, the travelers, and the dates. A service that works well for one residence may need a different setup at another, so we coordinate each request against the property’s staffing model, access rules, kitchen facilities, location, and local-provider availability.
Share priorities early and our team can organize the moving parts into a practical itinerary. You receive the relevant options, pricing, and confirmation requirements before committing, helping avoid last-minute surprises once the group arrives.
What We Arrange
Every request is subject to the selected villa, dates, and provider availability. We confirm the details rather than assuming a service applies to every property.
Menus can be planned around your group, from relaxed breakfasts and poolside lunches to celebration dinners built around Baja seafood and local produce. Some villas include a cook in the rate; others arrange a chef on request. Chef availability, staffing, groceries and service fees are confirmed for the specific villa before booking.
Staffing differs from one Los Cabos villa to the next. Larger estates may come with a house manager and daily housekeeping, while other villas include housekeeping on set days. Each villa page lists what is documented as included. Extra service days or additional help can be requested, and we check with the villa what can be arranged.
Most guests fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), near San José del Cabo. A private transfer to the villa can be coordinated around flight times, group size and luggage, and a driver may be available for dinners, golf or days out along the Corridor.
If you would rather drive yourselves, a rental car from National may be delivered to the villa, so the group can skip the rental counter at the airport. Vehicle types, insurance, deposits and delivery times depend on your dates and the rental terms, which we confirm before anything is booked.
Sunset sails, snorkeling days, sportfishing trips and private charters toward Land's End and into the Sea of Cortez may be arranged through established local operators, subject to weather, sea conditions and availability. Tell us your group size and the kind of day you have in mind.
In-villa massage, yoga and other wellness sessions, as well as selected spa experiences, can be requested according to the villa rules and provider availability. Ask early if a treatment matters to your stay, especially over holiday periods.
