Casa Calimigos is a five-bedroom villa on the Pacific side of Pedregal, the gated hillside community above Cabo San Lucas. Across roughly 5,000 square feet it sleeps up to 12 guests, with an elevated position that takes in sweeping ocean views and the desert sunsets Pedregal is known for. The layout is built around indoor-outdoor living: a bright open-concept interior with large windows and sliding doors opening straight onto the terrace, where a heated private pool sits at the centre. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Cabo San Lucas beaches, the marina and the dining scene are a short drive away, while the community keeps its privacy and security.

Indoor Living

The interior is open-plan and bright, with modern finishes and large windows and sliding doors that pull in natural light and coastal breezes. Living and dining areas flow directly out to the terrace. There is a full kitchen with coffee maker, wine fridge and indoor dining, plus a living room, stereo and television. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, alongside wireless internet, washer and dryer, safe, private entrance and toiletries provided. Each of the five suites has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, and four of the five have Smart TVs. Casa Calimigos is a multi-level home, so there are stairs between the main level and the first level where four of the bedrooms sit.

Outdoor Living

The terrace is the centre of the villa, with a heated private pool, a hot tub and uncovered deck and patio space around it. There is lounge seating with umbrellas and a shade structure, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ and grill, and outdoor speakers through the terrace. A fire pit takes over in the evening. The whole terrace is oriented for the ocean view and the sunset, and the primary suite opens directly onto the pool. Tennis is available within the Pedregal community.

Swimming at the villa is in the heated private pool. For sea swimming, Medano Beach is the calm-water option nearby; the Pacific beaches below Pedregal are good for walking and sunbathing but not for swimming.
