About This Villa

Why this villa works

Casa Familia is a five-bedroom villa on the bay side of Pedregal, the gated community above Cabo San Lucas, with views over the marina, the water and the mountains. Across roughly 4,500 sq ft, its centrepiece is a heated negative-edge pool in glass tile with a built-in hot tub, behind a glass railing that keeps the view open. Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are within walking distance, on a hillside route. Daily housekeeping is included and a car is recommended.

Indoor Living

Ten-foot sliding glass doors retract fully to open the main living area onto the pool terrace. The main level has a full kitchen with a bar, wine fridge and coffee maker, indoor dining and the living room, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer and toiletries provided. Every bedroom has automatic blackout shades and a Smart TV.

Outdoor Living

The pool terrace has teak furniture, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, outdoor speakers and an oversized limestone counter with a gas BBQ — built for sunset drinks with the marina lights below. The lower-level bedrooms open onto a covered patio.

Casa Familia has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, sleeping up to 13 guests. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom with a curbless shower. A full XL bed in a common space sleeps one more guest.

Up to 13: four king suites (including the separate casita), a bunk room with four full XL beds, and one full XL bed in a common space. Every bedroom has its own bathroom.
Is Casa Familia accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The main level is step-free from the street, with wide entryways and the primary suite on the same level as the pool, kitchen and living areas. All showers are curbless. The other bedrooms are on lower levels reached by stairs.
Can you walk to town?
Yes. It is on the bay side of Pedregal, within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina, on a hillside route. Médano Beach, the swimmable beach on the bay, is a short drive away.
Is it suitable for families with young children?
