Indoor Living
Indoors, both homes feature bright open-concept living areas that flow onto the terraces, plus gourmet kitchens designed for private-chef service and multiple dining and lounge spaces. Serene bedroom suites across the compound provide plush bedding, ensuite or semi-ensuite baths, smart TVs, Wi-Fi and thoughtful comforts such as walk-in closets, steamers, safes and dedicated family-friendly layouts.
Outdoor Living
Outdoors, guests spread out across expansive terraces with two infinity-edge pools, spa, multiple fire features and generous shaded lounges and dining areas. Casa Kokomo adds a swim-up bar, a spacious palapa for open-air meals and dancing, and two private pickleball courts, while Casa Primavera offers a striking fire pit lounge and seamless indoor–outdoor living just steps from the course.
Bedrooms
Across both villas, the estate offers 13 bedrooms: Casa Kokomo includes upper and main-level king primary suites with terraces and ocean/golf views; a flexible upper guest suite with king bed plus two bunks (four twins); a main-level king guest suite with patio; a private king casita with kitchenette and patio fireplace; and a theater/guest suite with two queen beds, oversized sofa and ensuite bath. Casa Primavera contributes eight additional suites, including several king rooms with ocean-view terraces and private baths, flexible king/twin arrangements, and multiple double-bed casitas with private or shared baths, comfortably accommodating up to 32 guests.
