Why this villa works

Hacienda Edith is a traditional, hacienda-style villa in gated Pedregal, on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas. Red tile roofs, stone walls, brick-domed ceilings and tile floors give it a warm, classic feel, and the Pacific Ocean views — especially the sunsets — run through the living areas and out across the terraces. Five en-suite bedrooms, several with their own separate entrances, sleep up to 13, which makes it a strong fit for a large family or several couples travelling together. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is minutes away, and the private pool and shaded patios keep most of the day outdoors.

Indoor Living

Inside, Hacienda Edith has a warm, traditional character — brick-domed ceilings, tile floors, stone detailing and comfortable, classically styled living areas. The main living spaces are spacious and open to the terraces, keeping the Pacific view and the light front and center, and a well-equipped kitchen serves the villa. All five bedrooms are en-suite, and several are set up as casitas or rooms with their own separate entrances — useful when several couples or families are sharing and want privacy. Air conditioning and wireless internet run throughout.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living is spread across shaded patios and terraces built around a private swimming pool, with multiple spots to relax, dine and take in the view. The whole outdoor space is oriented to the Pacific, so sunset is the main event — gathering by the pool or at one of the patio dining areas as the sky lights up over the ocean. With the villa’s size, there is room for a big group to spread out between sun and shade, and the pool level connects to several of the bedrooms.

Bedrooms

Five en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 13. The primary is a king suite; a casita adds a king plus a twin sofa sleeper with its own entrance, balcony and ocean view; another room has two double beds with a terrace; a fourth offers a king or two twins plus a daybed; and a fifth has two twins and opens onto the pool level. Several suites have separate entrances, and the villa has six bathrooms in total — a flexible layout for families or groups.

Is Hacienda Edith beachfront or swimmable?
No — it is on the Pacific side of Pedregal, a hillside villa with ocean and sunset views. The Pacific beach is a walk away and lovely for strolls and sunsets, but the surf is not safe for swimming, so the villa’s private pool is where you swim; Médano, Cabo’s main swimmable beach, is a short drive toward town.
Is a private chef included?
A private chef is not included but can be arranged on request, along with in-villa spa treatments. The villa comes with 24/7 concierge and housekeeping.
How far is downtown Cabo?
Just minutes’ drive. Hacienda Edith is in the gated Pedregal community on the Pacific side, a short drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, restaurants and nightlife — close to town but set apart in a private, quiet setting.
