Villa Cerca del Cielo (“close to heaven”) is a six-bedroom modern villa on the Pacific side of Pedregal, the gated community above Cabo San Lucas. Across roughly 6,300 sq ft, it has ocean views from almost every terrace, Cantera stone floors, granite bathroom counters and design touches like glass-brick walls, boulders set into the bedrooms and stone sculpture in the garden. The villa has been repainted inside and out, with a new gas grill, new wooden deck furniture and refurbished terrace roofs. Daily housekeeping is included and a car is recommended.

Indoor Living
The living room and indoor dining area sit alongside a full kitchen, with satellite TV, DVD and stereo. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer and extra pillows and blankets throughout.

Outdoor living centres on a heated pool and a six-person jacuzzi, with a shade structure, lounge chairs, uncovered deck, outdoor dining, a new gas grill and an outdoor shower — all facing the Pacific.
