Indoor Living

Inside, Villa Estrella is arranged over three levels, with an open-plan main living and dining area that draws in natural light and opens directly to the ocean-view terraces. Shared spaces sit together while the bedrooms spread across floors for privacy. A full kitchen serves the villa, air conditioning and wireless internet run throughout, and there is a dedicated gym for guests who want to keep training. Each bedroom has its own SmartTV.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor space is where Villa Estrella spends most of its day. A heated pool and hot tub sit on a main terrace that runs along the ocean side, with lounge and dining areas positioned to take in the view from morning through sunset. Several separate terraces give groups room to spread out — somewhere to eat, somewhere to sit in the sun, somewhere quieter — and the primary suite has its own terrace with a fire pit for cooler evenings. Because this is the Pacific side, the pool is the place to swim; the ocean below is for the view.

Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 16. Four are king suites — including the primary, which has ocean and marina views, a private terrace, a fire pit and a bath with soaking tub — and two rooms hold two queen beds each, suited to families sharing. Every bedroom has an ocean view, a private bathroom and a SmartTV, and four of the suites open onto their own terrace across the villa’s three levels.

No. Villa Estrella is on the Pacific (Land’s End) side of Pedregal, set on an elevated lot with ocean and marina views. The Pacific water below is not safe for swimming, so the villa’s heated pool and hot tub are the place to swim. Médano Beach, the main swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, is a short drive away.
