Indoor Living

Marble floors, stonework and hacienda-style craftsmanship run through the house. The living room has a fireplace, and there is a full kitchen, indoor dining and a bar, plus a ping pong table. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, satellite TV and a washer and dryer complete the interior. The villa is all on one level.

Outdoor Living

Outside are a heated pool and hot tub, a palapa, an outdoor fireplace and uncovered patio decks, with shaded dining areas, a BBQ area with grill, lounge chairs, outdoor speakers and a garden, all set against desert landscape and distant bay views.

Five suites sleep up to 16, each with its own private entrance and bathroom, all on one level. Primary suite: king bed, ocean view, terrace, private bathroom with shower. Second suite: king bed, ocean view, terrace, private bathroom with shower. Third suite: two queen beds, private bathroom with shower. Fourth suite: two queen beds, terrace, private bathroom with shower. Fifth suite: two king beds, private bathroom.

The villa staff offer complimentary cooking for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Groceries are paid separately, either bought by the staff with cash reimbursement or provided by guests, and gratuity is additional and recommended. A US$60 per meal holiday fee applies on 24–25 December and 31 December–1 January.
