Why this villa works

Villa Nazar is a five-bedroom villa on the Pacific side of Pedregal, the gated community built into the granite hillside above Cabo San Lucas. Across roughly 2,600 square feet it sleeps up to 10 guests, with panoramic ocean views from the terraces and two private pools rather than one. The fifth bedroom is a separate casita with its own kitchen and entrance, which gives a couple or grandparents their own space without leaving the property. Downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina and the beaches are a short drive away, and Pedregal itself keeps the cobblestone streets, privacy and security the community is known for.

How the villa lives

Designed around group travel

Indoor Living

The living areas are comfortable and well appointed, with a full kitchen, indoor dining, coffee maker, wine fridge and a water filtration system. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, alongside satellite television, a stereo, washer and dryer, iron and board, safe and wireless internet. The fifth suite sits in a separate casita with its own kitchen, terrace, television and couch. Note that Villa Nazar is a multi-level home, so there are stairs between the living spaces and some bedrooms.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living is spread across uncovered deck and patio space with two private pools, a jacuzzi and a fire pit for the evenings. There are lounge chairs, umbrellas and a shade structure, plus a BBQ and grill area for cooking outside. The terraces look out over the Pacific, and whale watching from the terrace is possible during migration season. Tennis is available within the Pedregal community.

Villa Nazar has five suites and five bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower. Primary Suite: King bed, ocean view, terrace, private bath with shower; Second Suite: Queen bed, ocean view, terrace, private bathroom with shower; Third Suite: Queen bed, terrace, private bathroom with shower; Fourth Suite: Two single beds, pool access, private bath with shower; Fifth Suite (Casita): Separate casita with queen bed, private bathroom, kitchen, terrace, television and couch.

How many guests does Villa Nazar sleep?

Up to 10 guests across five suites, each with its own private bathroom and shower. The configuration is one king, two queens, one room with two single beds, and a separate casita with a queen bed.

Can you walk to the beach, and is it swimmable?

The villa is on the Pacific side of Pedregal and the beach is within walking distance. That stretch is good for sunbathing and beachcombing, but big Pacific waves make it unsuitable for swimming. For swimming, guests use the two private pools at the villa, or head to Medano Beach, less than a mile away, where the water is calm.

What is the casita?

The fifth bedroom is a separate casita with a queen bed, its own private bathroom, kitchen, terrace, television and couch. It gives one couple, or grandparents travelling with family, their own space and entrance without leaving the property.

Is Villa Nazar suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs?

It is a multi-level home built into the Pedregal hillside, so there are stairs between the living areas and some bedrooms. Tell us if anyone in your group has mobility needs and we will confirm the layout or suggest a single-level alternative.
