The game room anchors the indoor entertaining: a billiard table, an indoor paddleball court and a massage table give a large group somewhere to go when they are not out on the terrace. The eleven bedroom suites are distributed through the house, with ten of the eleven confirmed as having a private bathroom.

The swimming pool is the centre of the outdoor space, positioned for ocean views, with a jacuzzi alongside it. A generous outdoor dining area sits on the same terrace, sized so a full group of 24 can eat together rather than in shifts.
