Indoor Living
Indoors, flowing architecture, Saltillo tile floors and luxurious furnishings create expansive living and dining areas that open to the views, complemented by a gourmet kitchen and multiple lounges. Guests enjoy a dedicated theater room for movie nights, a putting green, shuffleboard, steam bath in the primary suite and plenty of spaces to relax or play throughout the home.
Outdoor Living
The main terrace features a stunning infinity-edge lap pool with swim-up bar, shaded seating, plentiful loungers and alfresco dining space for large groups, all oriented toward panoramic blue-water vistas. Additional terraces, outdoor gathering areas and fresh ocean breezes make it easy to enjoy Cabo’s sunsets, starry skies and crashing waves from every vantage point.

Villa Turquesa Pedregal offers 10 distinctive bedroom suites plus flexible sleeping areas: king suites with private baths and TVs, several suites with two queen beds and private baths, a bunk room with four triple bunk beds and private bath, a Baja Suite with queen bed, and a gym with two daybeds for extra flexibility. Thoughtful layouts and hotel-style amenities comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests.
