Casa Keller is a contemporary beachfront villa in gated Pedregal, on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas, a few minutes from downtown, the marina and the nightlife. The design is open and architectural — warm wood, marble, designer lighting and floor-to-ceiling glass framing the Pacific — with living and dining areas that open onto oceanfront terraces. At its center is an interior courtyard with water features, giving the villa a quiet core away from the view side. Five bedrooms, including a bunk casita built for kids, sleep up to 10, making it a strong fit for families or two groups sharing.

Inside, Casa Keller is modern and light-filled: sleek open-concept living and dining spaces with warm wood elements, marble surfaces and designer lighting, and floor-to-ceiling glass that keeps the Pacific in view throughout. The living and dining areas flow together and open directly to the terraces for indoor-outdoor entertaining. A well-equipped kitchen serves the main level, and there is a dedicated fitness room and a sauna for guests who want them. Air conditioning and wireless internet run throughout, and the interior courtyard with its water features gives the home a calm center.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor space is built around two multi-level swimming pools and a jacuzzi, with generous lounging areas and tropical landscaping wrapping the terraces. The oceanfront terraces look straight out over the Pacific — the natural spot for sunset, a long lunch, or simply taking in the view. The design moves easily between the pools, the shaded lounging areas and the beach beyond, and the interior courtyard offers a quieter, sheltered alternative when you want to step out of the sun and wind.

Casa Keller sleeps up to 10 across a flexible layout. There are three king suites — the upper-level primary with a walk-in closet, desk and a private bath with tub and shower, and two lower-level kings that open to the terraces with pool and ocean views. A bunk casita with its own entrance and bathroom holds two bunks (two twins and two fulls), ideal for kids, and an upper-level office with a full-size Murphy bed and a private shower adds flexible extra sleeping. The villa has 4.5 bathrooms in total.
