Indoor Living

Inside, the penthouse is stylish and comfortable, with open gathering spaces designed to connect to the terraces and the view. A full kitchen serves the residence, and air conditioning and wireless internet run throughout, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. All four bedrooms are king suites with their own private bathrooms — the primary and second suites have jetted tubs as well as showers, and each room has a Smart TV. Set over two levels, the layout keeps the living spaces and the main suites oriented to the ocean and marina views.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living happens across the penthouse’s private terraces, which wrap the residence to take in Médano Beach, the Sea of Cortez and the marina, with sun through much of the day. The residence has its own hot tub for soaking after the beach. For pools, guests have access to Hacienda Beach Club’s oceanfront pools just below, along with the club’s beachfront dining, spa and fitness center — so the swimming, dining and beach service are all on site, steps from the door. The beach itself is right there and safe for swimming.

Four king bedrooms sleep up to 8, each en-suite. The second-level primary has an ocean view, a desk and a private bath with a shower and jetted tub; the second suite has city and marina views, a balcony and its own jetted tub. The third and fourth suites are kings with private shower bathrooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a Smart TV, and the residence has 4.5 bathrooms in total.
