Villa Aurora

Villa Aurora is a contemporary seven-bedroom estate set high in the hills of Pedregal, the gated community on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas. Named for the sunrises that fill its terraces, the villa is oriented to a wide view that takes in the Pacific Ocean, the Cabo San Lucas marina, and the surrounding hills from nearly every room. It sleeps up to 16 across seven suites, which makes it a strong fit for a large family or a group travelling together who want space, privacy, and a view without being far from town. The design is open and glass-walled, built for indoor-outdoor living, with the main living areas flowing onto the terraces and the infinity pool. Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are a few minutes’ drive down the hill, so the villa balances a quiet, elevated setting with quick access to restaurants, nightlife, and the water. Being on the Pacific side, the ocean views and sunsets are the draw; the villa’s own infinity pool and Jacuzzi are where you swim, rather than the surf below, and Médano Beach is a short drive around toward town.
