Indoor Living

Inside, Villa Leonetti has a classic, traditional feel across its 8,000 square feet — high ceilings, generous rooms and wide windows that keep the Sea of Cortez in view throughout. The scale gives everyone room to gather or find their own corner, and the living spaces open onto the terraces for indoor-outdoor living. A full kitchen serves the estate, with air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. Three of the four bedrooms are king suites with private baths and their own balcony terraces; the fourth is a family room with two full beds.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor space is where most of the day happens: a pool with a companion jacuzzi, plenty of loungers for the Baja sun, and a shaded patio for dining — including fresh fish off the gas barbecue. The terraces are oriented to the marina and Sea of Cortez, so the view carries through the lounging, dining and pool areas. With the estate’s size, there is room to spread out between sun and shade, and the pool deck flows directly off the main living spaces.

Four bedrooms sleep up to 10. Three are king suites, each with its own private bathroom, a balcony terrace and Sea of Cortez views — the primary also has a jacuzzi tub. The fourth is a family room with two full beds, without its own private bath, making it a practical kids’ or overflow room. The estate has five bathrooms in total.
