Why this villa works

Casa Pacifico Del Mar is a 9-bedroom ocean-view villa in Pedregal, the gated hillside community on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas. It sleeps up to 20 across nine suites, each with its own bathroom, and sits on the cliffside with the ocean in view from the main living areas, the infinity pool and the terraces.

The house is built in a hacienda style, with stone floors, handcrafted woodwork and high ceilings, spread over several levels so that a large group can find separate space without leaving the property. That, plus the media room and the number of terraces, is what makes it work for a multi-family trip or a milestone celebration rather than just a big house.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are a few minutes away by car through the Pedregal gate, so the trade-off common to hillside villas, privacy against access to restaurants and nightlife, mostly disappears here. Housekeeping is included; a private chef can be arranged on request.

Indoor Living

The living spaces are open-plan with high ceilings and large windows that keep the interiors bright and the ocean in view. Stone floors and handcrafted woodwork give the house its hacienda character. There is a media room for evenings in, several lounging areas across the different levels, and a full kitchen that a private chef can work from when one is booked. Air conditioning and wireless internet are provided throughout.

Outdoor Living

The infinity pool sits at the edge of the cliffside terrace, looking straight out over the Pacific. Around it there are multiple terraces and shaded areas for outdoor dining and lounging, an outdoor kitchen for cooking and serving outside, and landscaped gardens. The elevated position keeps the sea views clear from every level. This side of Pedregal faces the open Pacific rather than the bay. The ocean here is for looking at, with strong surf and currents along the Pacific shore, so the pool is the place to swim; the swimmable beaches at Médano and Lover's Beach are a short drive or water taxi away.

Bedrooms

Nine suites sleep up to 20, each with a private bathroom. The primary suite has its own terrace with an ocean view. The other suites are spread across the levels of the house and can be arranged for couples or for families with children; each has ample storage and blackout shades. Bathrooms run to nine full plus a half bath. We are confirming the bed configuration for each suite and will list it room by room; ask us when you inquire if your group needs a particular mix of king and twin beds.

No. The villa is a cliffside ocean-view property on the Pacific side of Pedregal; the shore below is rocky with strong surf, as it is along this whole stretch.
