Casa Sonara sits on the Pacific side of Pedregal, the gated hillside community above Cabo San Lucas, with ocean views from most rooms out over the Pacific and the Pedregal hillsides. Four king suites, each with its own ocean-view terrace, walk-in closet and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, make it an easy fit for couples or friends who each want a room of their own. Downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina and Médano Beach are a few minutes away by car.

Inside, marble floors and artistic finishes set a modern, comfortable tone, and ocean views carry through most of the house. The full kitchen has professional-grade appliances, a wine fridge and a bar, with indoor dining alongside. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, satellite TV and a stereo run throughout, and there is a washer and dryer. The villa is built on several levels, so expect stairs between rooms.

Outdoor living centres on a heated pool and hot tub with ocean views, lounge chairs and a shade structure for the middle of the day. There is a covered outdoor dining area, a BBQ area with grill, outdoor speakers and a fire pit for evenings watching the sky over the Pacific.
