Four en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 8, making it a comfortable base for a family or a group of friends. The living area opens to the terrace through retractable glass doors, so most of the day happens indoor-outdoor. This is an ocean-view hillside setting — the water below is for the view and the sunsets, while swimming happens in the villa’s own infinity pool.

Indoor Living

The main living area is bright and contemporary, and it extends straight onto the terrace through retractable glass doors — the two spaces work as one for entertaining. A full kitchen serves the villa, with air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. For downtime indoors there is a billiards table and a set of exercise equipment, so guests can keep active or unwind without leaving the property. Décor is modern with warm, colorful accents, and each of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living centers on an infinity-edge pool that reads out toward the Pacific, with a hot tub alongside and terraces wrapping the ocean side. There is a gas grill and a patio dining area for meals outside, and a fire pit for cooler evenings once the sun goes down. The terraces are set up for long, slow afternoons watching the water — and, in winter, for spotting whales moving along the coast. Since this is the Pacific side, the pool is where you swim; the ocean below is for the view.

Bedrooms

Four en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 8. Three are king suites — each with a private terrace, and the primary adding a twin sofa sleeper — and the fourth holds two queen beds. No. Villa Dos Vistas is on an elevated lot on the Pacific (Land’s End) side of Pedregal, with ocean, hillside and beach views. The Pacific surf below isn’t safe for swimming, so the villa’s infinity pool and hot tub are the place to swim. Médano Beach, the main swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, is a short drive away.

How many guests does Villa Dos Vistas sleep?

Up to 8 guests across four en-suite bedrooms — three king suites (the primary with an added twin sofa sleeper) and one room with two queen beds. It works well for two couples with family or a small group of friends.
