At the center is a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, custom cabinetry and generous prep space — set up for real cooking and entertaining, whether that is a family dinner or drinks with a group. All four bedrooms are en-suite, arranged across the villa’s levels for privacy, and air conditioning and wireless internet run throughout. Natural light is a theme, with the design making the most of the hillside position and the views.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living centers on a private saltwater pool set into expansive terraces, with room to lounge in the sun, dine alfresco, or settle in for the evening as the city lights come up across the bay. The terraces are oriented to the marina and Sea of Cortez views, so the outlook is the main event — downtown, the water and the hills. It is a set-up built for indoor-outdoor living, with the pool deck flowing directly off the main living spaces.

Bedrooms

Four en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 8. Three are king suites — the third-level primary has a private balcony and marina view, and a second king also looks over the marina — and the fourth is a two-queen room with a 65-inch TV, well suited to kids or friends sharing. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the villa has 4.5 bathrooms in total.
