Why this villa works

La Casa Bendecida — “the blessed house” — is a four-bedroom villa in gated Pedregal, on the Pacific side above Cabo San Lucas. It is built around Mexican craft: Talavera tile, Palo de Arco wood, brick-arched ceilings, folk art and a collection of original pieces, with each bedroom themed around a different part of Mexican culture and landscape. The open plan links the main living room, kitchen and dining room, and opens onto terraces with hillside views and glimpses of both the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific. It sleeps up to 8 and suits a group who will appreciate the design and the setting over beachfront access.

Indoor Living

Inside, the villa leans fully into its Mexican-craft theme — Talavera tile, hand-painted details, brick ceiling arches and an art collection throughout. The open-plan main level connects a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and the dining room, and each bedroom carries its own themed decor. Practical comforts are well covered: fiber-optic WiFi, HD Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom, individually controlled mini-split air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room, an Alexa sound system, a whole-house water purification system, and a washer and dryer on site.

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living is spread across several terraces built for gathering, with a heated pool and hot tub on the main deck and seating to take in the hillside and ocean views. The layout is designed to move easily between inside and out, and the west-facing aspect makes the terraces a natural spot for sunset. One of the lower-level suites also has its own outdoor shower. Because this is the Pacific side of Pedregal, the pool is the place to swim rather than the ocean below.

Bedrooms

Four king bedrooms sleep up to 8, each themed around Mexican art and landscape. The Milagro primary suite has an ocean view, a private bath with double vanities and its own terrace; the Frida suite has a private bath with a hand-painted sink. The two lower-level suites, Del Mar and Baja, each have a separate entrance and terrace and share a bathroom between them, with Baja adding an outdoor shower. Every room has a Smart TV.

Two of the four king suites are en-suite — the Milagro primary (private bath with double vanities) and the Frida suite. The two lower-level suites, Del Mar and Baja, each have a private entrance and terrace and share a bathroom between them. The villa has 3.5 bathrooms in total and sleeps up to 8.
Is La Casa Bendecida beachfront or swimmable?
No. It is on the Pacific (hillside) side of Pedregal with ocean and hillside views. The Pacific beach here is beautiful to walk but not safe for swimming, so the villa’s heated pool and hot tub are the place to swim; Médano, Cabo’s main swimmable beach, is a short drive toward town.
