About This Villa

Why this villa works

Villa California sits on the bay side of gated Pedregal, high enough for the whole sweep of Cabo San Lucas Bay and the marina to open up below. At 4,000 square feet it is a spread-out house rather than a compact one: stonework and tile floors through the main rooms, a separate casita with its own terrace and fire pit, and a further suite built into the hillside below the main house. The terrace holds a heated pool, a large jacuzzi and several seating areas, and downtown is walkable.

Designed around group travel

Indoor Living

Stonework, tile floors and artistic accents give the interior its character. There is a media room, a bar with a wine fridge, indoor dining and a full kitchen. Fitness equipment is provided in the house, and guests also have access to the Pedregal clubhouse and fitness centre. The villa is arranged over several levels.

Outdoor Living

A heated swimming pool and a large jacuzzi sit on a terrace with several seating areas, a shade structure and a patio dining space. There is a barbecue and grill, a garden, a putting green and tennis within the community. The casita has its own terrace with a lounge area and a fire pit.

Bedrooms

Six bedrooms sleeping twelve across seven bathrooms. The primary has a king, an ocean view, a balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. The fourth has a queen with its own private bathroom and a separate entrance. The fifth is in a detached casita with a queen and a twin bed in an adjoining room, an ocean view, a private bathroom and a terrace with a fire pit. The sixth, known as the Cave Suite, sits below the main house with a queen, a private bathroom, a seating area and its own entrance. The second bedroom has two twins and the third a queen; these two share a bathroom between them.

Six bedrooms sleep up to twelve across seven bathrooms. Four bedrooms have their own private bathroom: the primary, the fourth, the casita suite and the Cave Suite. The second bedroom (two twins) and the third (a queen) share a bathroom between them. Several bedrooms have their own separate entrances.

Both suit guests who want a degree of separation from the main house.

Can events be held at the villa?

Events are permitted at Villa California subject to approval. Please tell us what you have in mind when you enquire and we will confirm terms, numbers and any additional costs with the owner.

Is the villa suitable for guests with limited mobility?

The villa is set over multiple levels on a hillside, with separate entrances and stairs between areas, and the Cave Suite sits below the main house. It is not well suited to guests who have difficulty with stairs. Please let us know before booking if this applies to anyone in your group.
