No. Every villa on this site is privately owned and each owner decides independently whether to accept celebration groups. The villas in this collection are the ones whose owners currently do. Acceptance can still depend on your group size, your dates, and what you are planning, so we confirm with the owner before a booking is finalised.

Most commonly a maximum overnight guest count, limits or charges on daytime visitors, quiet hours, and restrictions on amplified music, outside vendors and events. Some villas ask for a larger security deposit for this kind of booking. The specifics differ by property, and we will give you the current terms in writing for any villa you are considering.

Accepting a bachelor or bachelorette group is not the same as approving an event. Additional guests, outside vendors, and amplified music generally need separate owner approval and may carry extra fees or a larger deposit. If you are planning anything beyond your group staying at the villa, tell us early so it can be checked before you commit.

Pedregal is the most common choice, because it sits on the hillside directly above Cabo San Lucas and puts the marina, the restaurants and Medano Beach within a few minutes rather than a longer drive. Palmilla and the Corridor are quieter and better if the group wants some distance from town, and the East Cape is quieter still.
